Martin Luther King Jr was born on January 15,1929 in Atlanta,Georgia. He was named after his father Martin Luther King Sr. Life was tough when Martin was white boy but then the white boy wasn't friends any more with Martin. Martin was upset. Martin often skipped grades he was 15 when he started collage! He started to like a women named Croatia Scott and then married her in 1948. On the same year Martin became a minister like his father and grandfather.
In 1958 a black women named Rosa Parks sit in the front of the bus back then black were not allowed to sit in the front. The bus driver said to get out of the seat so a white man can sit the seat but Rosa refused to so the bus driver called 911 and Rosa was arrested . Martin knew he had to do something and he did he said that black should not ride the bus and about 10,0000 people listen to him. In 1964 he led the march on Washington and then on the same day he won the Nobel peace prize. On April 4, 1968 Martin was shot his killer was James Earl Ray Martin died at the age of 39.
